Matt Bennett is a cinematographer and artist who shoots much of the newest Luminous Landscape work. Matt will be traveling and documenting new gear reviews and filming on-location interviews. He is a consummate innovator and perfectionist. When he showed up to film a recent segment with us, we noticed his custom camera handle rig and we needed to find out more.

Matt was kind enough to let us into his studio and to give an introduction to his woodworking bespoke camera rig augmentation process. It will fascinate anyone who toys with camera materials and the subtle art advancing on ergonomics and interface.

Fun fact: Matt shot this piece using the camera he built the rig for. Mirrors and magic!
