Kevin Raber and Chris Burkhard talk photography

As I have mentioned in previous videos, I had many opportunities to catch up and sit down with some well-known landscape photographers at the Sony Kando event held in Monterey, California.

I have been following Chris Burkhard for many years on Instagram.  He’s an energetic young photographer who has produced some fantastic photographic projects.  He’s a master of social media and has used it as a way to engage not only an audience of people who follow his photography but also a way to land some tremendous commercial assignments.

Chris took a few minutes of his time, sat down on the steps of a building at the Kando event and had a conversation about photography.

I hope you enjoy this video and learn some new aspects of landscape photography.

Photography is my passion and has been for 45 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of pictures taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through Rockhopper Workshops and other projects as well as teaching at my Gallery in Indianapolis.
